The workout calendar is a new feature! With the calendar, you'll be able to view all of your previous workouts in your current program as well as the next seven days of workouts. 


To view the calendar:


  1. From the workout screen click the calendar icon at the top of the screen.
  2. View the calendar. Today's date will be marked with a star.
  3. All previously completed workouts will be marked green.
  4. You can click back on any previous workout, as well as ahead 7 days.
