This is everything you need to know about the individual exercise tab. When you first tap an exercise, the screen below will load. At the top, you will see the group name as well as the exercise name. You can tap the exercise name to display any notes or tempos you will need for the movement.
At the bottom right, you can play the short, demo video and see the movement completed.

Next is the weights section, where you'll see the amount of reps to be performed. If you're performing an exercise in which you have previously recorded maxes, your weights will be auto-populated.
If the weights aren't loading, you will need to enter your maxes in the account overview tab.
If there is no max for the particular exercise, you'll choose your own weight and record it in the boxes.
Use the Notes section to record any other information you may want to remember for the future. You can always come back to these notes.
