We get it. Life gets in the way. You get sick or you go on vacation. We've made it easy to change or reset your start date so you can continue where you left off, without skipping any workouts. To change or reset your start date:
1. From the workout screen (middle icon at the bottom of the screen) click the calendar icon at the top of the screen, then click the day you'd like to restart from. Then click "RESTART FROM THIS DAY."
2. Confirm the day you want to continue from.
3. Depending on when you restart, it may change your rest day. If you want to keep your rest day the same, we recommend restarting to a prior day on the same day of the week. Confirm the changes.
