We've included a workout calendar so you can easily navigate through workouts, and even see when you've completed a daily workout. To view the calendar:
1. From the workout screen click the calendar icon at the top of the screen.2. View the calendar. Today's date will be marked with a star.
3. All previously completed workouts will be marked green.
4. You can click back on any previous workout, as well as ahead 7 days.
