The app is programmed to allow for weekly check-ins. Although this is the case, we recommend taking at least two weeks between check-ins when first starting with the app. This will allow your body to properly adjust to your new plan.
The only time we break this rule is if you are running very low on energy for your workouts. If this is the case, check-in after one week to allow your body more fuel.
Also, if you’re headed in the right direction toward your goals, your energy levels are high, and your workouts are going great, then there is no need to check-in. Just keep the progress rolling!
Lastly, you should only check-in if you're hitting your macro goals every day. If you aren't consistent then your check-in will not provide any benefit.
To check-in with your macros click the calculator icon at the bottom of the app screen, and click "CHECK IN" or click "CHANGE/RESET GOAL" if you feel your macros need to be adjusted.
