You can adjust your macros at any time. To adjust your macros simply click the calculator icon at the bottom of the app, click "CHANGE/RESET GOAL," and follow instructions from there.

TIP: Here are some common mistakes using the macro calculator that will make your macros seem incorrect:


  1. Setting your activity level too low or high. Our programs are intense. If you’re completing all of your workouts every week, then the minimum activity level we recommend is Moderate Activity. 
  2. Setting your weight loss goal too extreme. The most extreme option is “intense”. We don’t recommend going lower than the “standard" weight loss option unless you’re experienced with a weight cut.
